Platform overview
CareDots is one platform presented as three dedicated experiences with Chief AI as the connective intelligence.
- NurseDot: the care-team workspace
- DoctorDot: the doctor view and Chrome extension
- PatientDot: the patient app
- Chief AI: summaries, findings, calls and reports across them
NurseDot
The care-team workspace.
Who uses itNurses, care managers, care coordinators and care team members.
What it doesDashboard, Watchlist, Calendar, Tasks, Messages and Patients with a Vitals view. Each patient profile has a summary, Goals trends, Assessments with responses, a Care plan (templates, an AI-curated draft, assign to the patient), Education with quiz scores, a Timeline and Billing. Call scribe records visits with guides and a transcript, then drafts SOAP notes, tasks and messages and scores call quality.
Care management add-onCCM and PCM programs, consent, outreach calls by Chief, a care timer, and billing with CPT progress.
The problem it addressesFollow-ups, notes and patient context scattered across tools.
How it connectsChief's Watchlist findings and call outputs land here; tasks and messages reach the patient in PatientDot.

DoctorDot
The doctor view.
Who uses itPhysicians and other providers.
What it doesCalendar, patients, Chief's patient summary, education, a care timer, billing, and a feed of Chief's intervention reports. Available on the web and as a Chrome side panel beside the EHR. Timer and billing need the Care Management add-on.
The problem it addressesGetting up to speed on a patient between visits, without rebuilding the picture by hand.
How it connectsShows what the care team and Chief have gathered. The extension recognizes Akute patient pages and opens that patient.

PatientDot
The patient app.
Who uses itPatients. No separate app-license fee.
What it doesHome, goals, education lessons with a quiz, a food log, symptom and vitals reporting, chat with the care team, appointments, assessments, My care plan, and a way to talk to Chief.
The problem it addressesPatients between visits: knowing the plan, and reaching the team.
How it connectsReceives tasks, messages and check-ins from NurseDot; what patients log flows back to their care team.

Chief AI
Connective intelligence.
Summaries, Watchlist findings, outreach and check-in calls, intervention reports, conversation starters, and education and quiz generation. People stay in charge: findings wait for a team member to approve or decline.

How the apps work together
Connected, not identical: each app shows what its people need.
Pricing
CareDots Platform is $499 per month with five team licenses included. PatientDot has no separate app-license fee. The Care Management add-on is $3 per patient.
