How installation works
Tap the download or install link. Follow the prompt and the app will appear on your home screen or desktop.
Need help choosing? Contact your practice or the CareDot team. Contact us
- Android, Chrome or Edge on a computer: select Download, then choose Install in the prompt.
- iPhone and iPad: open the link in Safari, tap Share, then choose Add to Home Screen.
- Already installed? Open the app from your home screen or app list.
- Using more than one app? Each CareDot app installs separately, so one person can have more than one app when their roles require it.
